In this episode, Tricia shares her personal experience on health, her approach to coaching, and standing firm on being honest with her clients.  For context, she has worked with clients on strength & conditioning, hormonal health, rehab, pre and postnatal.  One thing she finds consistent is that while training is physical, coaching is mental.
